What types of healthcare positions do you typically place candidates in?
At HSG, we go beyond the ordinary, instead of dabbling in with health staff placements, we deliver excellence. Unlike most of the others, we specialize in critical placements where your facility needs them most: Nursing, Rehab, Radiology, Lab Techs and Medical staffing group.
What benefits do you offer to candidates placed in temporary or contract positions?
We don’t believe in a “one size fits all approach”. Need comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) retirement plan? We got you covered! Want something else? Let’s talk about a package that would excite you. We want you to get what you want.
How flexible are the assignments or shifts offered through your agency?
You get to decide! Want a 6 – 13 week assignment? We’ll get it for you. Prefer to pick up a couple of extra shifts per week? We can do that too.
How does your agency handle concerns or issues that may arise during placements?
Not getting along with your supervisor? Maybe this unit isn’t your cup of tea… We get it, sometimes you’re not feeling a good vibe. We’ll help find a replacement and find a better fit for you as well. Other issues bugging you? Give us a call and we’ll provide customized support for your situation.
