We’re currently hiring Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) in Blaine, MN to join a mission-driven team that prioritizes both student success and clinician support, with resources and mentorship designed to help you thrive.
What You’ll Receive:

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and support IEP implementation
- Participate in IEP and team meetings; collaborate with educators and staff
- Serve as a case manager or process coordinator, where applicable
- Use technology tools to document and track student progress
- Grow your expertise in a collaborative, team-focused environment
Qualifications:
- Active, valid, and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in Minnesota (and in state of residence, if different)
- CCCs (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Full-time U.S. residency required
- Experience with school-aged pediatric populations
- Comfortable using teletherapy tools and technology for documentation
- Access to a personal (non-Chromebook) laptop for platform use
- Reliable transportation required for consistent onsite attendance
Compensation Details:
- Hourly Rate: $44–$49/hour for providers residing in AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, NV, OK, OR, SC, UT, WI, and WY
- Incentive: Up to $250/month for eligible providers working 60+ hours per pay period
- Final compensation will be based on location, experience, and qualifications
