SKILLED NURSING AND REHAB RNs/LPNs
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses / Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Skilled Nursing and Rehab Facility in St. Louis, Missouri.
Job Type: Night Shift. Permanent contract Only.
Offer: RN $26 – $45/hour perm placement only
LPN $24 – $40/hour perm placement only
- Sign-on bonus available for relocation
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides nursing care in a 24-hour operation and delegates and supervises the care provided by nursing assistants.
- Administer medications, performs treatments and procedures, obtains specimens as needed, and completes documentation as required.
- Initiates the individual plan of care based on health care goals, physician’s orders and nursing assessments.
- Records vital signs, nourishment logs, and other patient records as necessary, etc.
