School Psychologist

About the Opportunity:
Health Staff Group is proud to partner with a nationally recognized, provider-founded organization that specializes in delivering high-quality therapy services to school districts across the country. Through a team-based approach, this organization has delivered over 1 million therapy sessions across speech, occupational therapy, mental health, and school psychology.

We’re currently hiring Onsite School Psychologists to join a mission-driven team committed to supporting the whole child—and the whole provider—through collaboration, professional development, and comprehensive clinical support.

What You’ll Receive:

  • Competitive hourly compensation ($44–$47/hour for eligible states)

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver face-to-face school psychology services to school-aged children
  • Conduct psychological assessments and participate in IEP and team meetings
  • Collaborate closely with school staff and clinical mentors
  • Serve as case manager or process coordinator, where applicable
  • Leverage cutting-edge technology and professional development resources
  • Contribute to a positive, team-based environment focused on student outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Active valid and unrestricted School Psychologist license in your state of residence
  • U.S. residency required
  • Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) preferred
  • Experience with school-aged pediatric populations
  • Comfortable using technology for service delivery and documentation
  • Access to a personal (non-Chromebook) laptop for platform use
  • Reliable transportation required for consistent onsite attendance
