We’re currently hiring Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) in Cold Springs, Minnesota to join a mission-driven team that prioritizes both student success and clinician support, with resources and mentorship designed to help you thrive.

Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (Cold Springs, Minnesota– 2025/2026 School Year)
Employment Type: W2
Location: St. Cloud, Minnesota (Cold Springs, Minnesota)
Schedule: Onsite, Full-time

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and support IEP implementation
  • Participate in IEP and team meetings; collaborate with educators and staff
  • Serve as a case manager or process coordinator, where applicable
  • Use technology tools to document and track student progress
  • Grow your expertise in a collaborative, team-focused environment

Qualifications:

  • Active, valid, and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in Minnesota (and in state of residence, if different)
  • CCCs (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
  • Full-time U.S. residency required
  • Experience with school-aged pediatric populations
  • Comfortable using teletherapy tools and technology for documentation
  • Access to a personal (non-Chromebook) laptop for platform use
  • Reliable transportation required for consistent onsite attendance
